These joint models from Eisco are a great addition to your anatomy lessons. Joint structure is easily visible with both bone and ligaments visible. The ligament material has some resilience, and the joints are reinforced to reduce the chance of damage to the model while using. This limits the range of motion for each joint, but still allows your students to see how movement is transferred through the ligaments.
