Water marbles that disappear before the students’ eyes will entice them to learn more about light properties, refractory index, and transmittance of laser light. This Phenomena kit, designed by Dr. Vince Mancuso, also includes discovery of hydrophilic and hydrophobic materials. Teacher and student manuals instruct how to use questioning in the lab to elicit deep understanding by the student. Kit includes enough materials for 10 lab groups.
