Examine how the eye works.
- Adjustable lens curvature
- Viewing object
- Projection panel
A unique apparatus allows you to recreate the conditions of visual deficiencies in the human eye. The clear silicone elastic lens chamber of the model is filled with water. When water is added or subtracted with the included syringe, the curvature of the lens is changed, which alters the focus of images projected on the retina. The shape of the eyeball is adjustable as well. Once the deficiencies have been observed, the included corrective lenses can be added to show how vision defects can be modified. The five-piece model is mounted on a base with the projection object on a separate stand. The set comes with two lenses, lens holder, projection object, model, and instruction manual with numbered Key Card.
