Ideal for Pre or Post-Lab Exercise.

Teach students how to size DNA fragments separated by agarose gel electrophoresis. Each clear gel provided contains six wells that can be used to practice or simulate gel loading, as well as a imprinted ruler to use in calculating DNA fragment size. Simulated gel imprints for two different experiments are included. These sets can serve as a dry exercise for quantitative DNA sizing resulting from restriction digestion and electrophoresis of DNA, or as a pre-lab exercise for your DNA electrophoresis lab activities.
