The economical and durable Dylatherm hot plates are ideal for general heating.

A large cast-aluminum top plate provides an even heating surface. A bi-metallic thermostat delivers reliable and repeatable results. A powerful heater reaches maximum temperature in minutes. Indicator lights illuminate when the unit is on.

A built-in support rod holder with locking knob accepts an optional support rod and clamp kit for mounting thermometers and temperature probes. Dylatherm hotplates include a 1.8 m (72") three-wire electrical cord with a plug.

Corresponding magnetic hotplate stirrers (heating and stirring 470204-368) with ceramic plates are also available.
